二、Structure illustration
2.1IH type chemical pump is comprised of pump body,impeller,impeller nut,pump cover,seal part,suspend parts.
structure feature:pump cover is fixed in mid support via front edge,which is gripped between pump body and mid support.pump body is of axial suction,radial discharge,bottom－supported type,it can be fixed directly with base.suspend part is fixed with mid bracket viafront edge,also supported by suspension . As overhaul,there's no need to dismantle inlet and outlet joint pipeline,pump body.
For shaft seal,there're packing seal,mechanical seal and so on,which depend on media character,production procedure.
2.2 Pump is connected via coupling and motor,viewed from driving side,which is rotating clockwise.
